Founder
Peter Haenseler is the founding partner of PHI and served as the company’s executive chairman till the end of 2010. He is a member of the board of directors and of the management committee. Mr. Haenseler is leading the business strategy and the products department of PHI.
Prior to founding PHI Mr. Haenseler worked with the Marc Rich Group, Zug, Switzerland, in the senior management responsible for the Russian real estate market and the structuring of international real estate transactions. Mr. Haenseler was also a board member of BFW AG, a public real estate company listed at the Swiss stock exchange. Mr. Haenseler started his career as an associate with Baer & Karrer, Zurich, Switzerland. Mr. Haenseler holds a JD and a Ph.D. from Zurich University Law School and an LL.M. from Georgetown University Law Center, Washington, D.C. He is a member of the Zurich bar.
Leonid Chernyak, Partner
Executive Chairman
Leonid Chernyak joined PHI as a partner in 2004 and serves as the company’s executive chairman. He is a member of the board of directors as well as of the management and projects committees. Mr. Chernyak is leading the project development and sourcing within PHI. Prior to joining PHI Mr. Chernyak was working with Capital Group, one of Russia’s largest developers, as its CFO. Mr. Chernyak started his career with Colgate-Palmolive after finishing his career as a professional chess player. Mr. Chernyak went to business school in Moscow.
Hans-Rudolf Tanner, Partner
CFO
Hans-Rudolf Tanner joined PHI in January 2009 and serves as the Group’s CFO. He is a member of the management committee and finance committee. Mr. Tanner leads the entire scope of financial corporate management within PHI. Prior to joining PHI Mr. Tanner was working with PricewaterhouseCoopers AG. He was the lead audit engagement manager on consolidated financial statements of multinational groups. Besides Mr. Tanner specialised on IFRS and acted as an instructor on IFRS accounting in external and internal courses. He worked several years abroad (Canada and Germany). Mr. Tanner is a Swiss Certified Accountant and graduated at the University of St. Gallen majoring in economy.
Alexander Dyadyura, Partner
Head Project Management Krasnodar
Alexander Dyadyura joined PHI in autumn 2005. He is a member of the projects committee. Mr. Dyadyura has more than eight years of primarily marketing work experience gained with Tetra Pak, Johnson & Johnson and EU-sponsored Technical Assistance for CIS Countries Program in the south of Russia. In the course of his career he also successfully acted as a project manager on a number of industrial projects. Alexander is based in Krasnodar. He graduated from the Kuban State Technology University majoring in economy.
Sergei Bochkarev, Partner
Head Project Management Moscow
Sergei Bochkarev joined PHI in 2004 and became a partner in December 2007. He is a member of the project committee and is heading the project management department in Moscow. Prior to joining PHI Mr. Bochkarev worked for major real estate and development companies in Moscow in various capacities ranging from broker to head of the marketing department. He also worked in Italy as an exporter of ceramic products for construction. Mr. Bochkarev graduated from the Moscow State Institute of International Relations and holds a Master of Science Degree in Economics.
Leonid Soshnikov, Partner
Head Finance Russia
Leonid Soshnikov joined PHI in 2005 and serves as Head of Finance in PHI Moscow office. Prior to joining PHI Mr. Soshnikov worked with a number of Moscow’s banks and investment companies as a customer asset manager. Mr. Soshnikov graduated from the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology.
Denis Dobrin, Partner
Investors Relations, Head Project Management
Denis Dobrin started his career in PHI in 2007 and is mainly responsible for investors’ reporting. He is heading the project management departement of PHI and is a member of the management committee. Denis graduated from the Gnesin Academy of Music in Moscow and is a prize winner in several international piano music contests. Denis is a professional bridge player with a Grand Master degree and is a member of Russian National bridge team.
Evgeniya Korchina, Partner
COO
Evgeniya started her career in PHI in 2006. She is a member of the management committee and is in charge of the management processes within PHI. She is also a member of the projects commmittee. She graduated from Kuban State University (Krasnodar), World Economy department in 2004. Evgeniya holds a Master of Science degree in business economics and management from MAICh (Graduate Institute of EU). She was a graduate assistant at the University of Arkansas, Math department, division of Statistics. Evgeniya is 90% based in Krasnodar; 10% of her working time she spends in Moscow.
Natalia Sidorova
Head Russia Accounting
Natalia Sidorova joined PHI in January 2008 and is heading the accounting department of PHI. Prior to joining PHI Ms. Sidorova was working with Capital Group, a large Russian development company, as the head of internal audit department for more than eight years. Ms. Sidorova graduated as an economist from the Plekhanov Russian Academy of Economics and is a certified auditor.
